A: After taking all the information from any Sensation outlaw
Distributor it is your responsibility to confirm all details yourself

to go through our Terms and Conditions and FAQs properly before
becoming a distributor. It should be noted that Organization is not
liable for any kind of false commitment/information provided by any
Distributor.

Q20: Do I need to renew my account every year?
A: The Distributorship of Sensation Outlaw is for lifetime, hence you
need not renew your account every year.

Q21: What is the procedure for Site Transfer?
A: Site transfer is strictly not allowed. Once you have taken
Distributorship for Sensation Outlaw services and products, you can't
transfer this Distributorship to any other person.

Q22: I have purchased the Basic Pack and have also sold it to two
other people. Purchasing Distributors are working very hard and I am
getting commissions due to the business generated by them. Would I
continue to earn commissions forever?
A: Any person, who wishes to join Sensation Outlaw as a Distributor,
is eligible to work and earn commissions/ incentives. But the
incentives earned by an individual are directly proportional to
his/her involvement in promotion of the system. The Organization
reserves the right to reject commissions without any allusion of
Distributors who are found engaged in activities which are against the
Organization's benefit. In this case an Associate will still enjoy the
services.

Q23: I have not submitted the photocopy of my PAN card. Would I be
eligible to receive my commission cheques/TDS certificate?
A: If you have not submitted a photocopy of your PAN card, then please
send it as soon as possible. We will not issue any commission cheque /
TDS certificate in absence of proof of your PAN card.

Q24: I have sold many joining packages in my organization, still I
have not received any cheque. Why?
A: You start receiving commission only when you fulfill the criteria
fixed for earning commission. In order to receive your first
commission cheque you must have three sales in your organization in
the ratio of 1:2 or 2:1.

Q25: I have seen online the last commission earned but I have not
received it yet.
A: If you have sent us the photocopy of your PAN Card then you are
requested to wait for at least 10-15 days depending on the location of
your residence as all cheques are sent through courier or through
speed post.You can also get your commissions transferred to your
accounts directly if you have filled correct details in your profile.
If you have already fulfilled the above mentioned conditions and still
have not received your commission then please send us your query at
the Distributor Support.

Q26: I have updated my address in update profile, but I am still
receiving cheques at my old address.
A: After updating your address through update profile option send us
your new address along with your User name and Reg. number at
Distributor Support in order to help us update your current mailing
address in our record.

Q27: I am earning commissions from Sensation Outlaw. can I join other
Organization / Business directly or indirectly ?
A: If you are earning commissions from Sensation Outlaw you cannot
join any other Network Marketing Organization/ Business directly or
indirectly otherwise you would lose your right to get any further commissions from Sensation Outlaw.

Q28: How much time does it take to get my earned commission cheque ?
A: The Commission will be transferred to your Account or by cheque
within 15 days from the day ommission is shown. If the payout does
not gets transferred by that time, you are requested to send us the
query at the Distributor Support with details of earned commission.

Q29: Can I join any other MLM Organization dealing with same/different product?
A: No, you cannot join any other MLM Organization selling
same/different product or any other business. If we receive any
complaint against you that you have joined any other MLM Organization
or business then you would lose your right to get any further
commissions from Sensation Outlaw. However, you may continue to enjoy
the services.

Q30: What will happen if I found involved in anti-Organization activities?
A: If any Distributor is found not following our Legals or found to
indulge in any anti-Organization activity in any manner or found
disturbing the private or public business meeting, all the ongoing
commissions from the Organization, will be denied to him/her with
immediate effect and without any notice.

Services, do I need to seek any permission from the Organization?
A: Before advertising you must send us the advertisement material for
sanction. Severe action would be taken if we observe any bad
advertisement (which breaks any law of the land or public policies)
