A: Sensation Outlaw has the right to do business in all the states of India.

Q4: Is there any age requirement to become a Sensation Outlaw distributor ?
A: You must be between 18 to 70 years of age to participate in Sensation Outlaw as a Distributor.

Q5: How can one become Sensation Outlaw Distributor ?
A: One should be sponsored by an existing Sensation Outlaw Distributor to become a Sensation Outlaw     Distributor

Q6: What is my ID number and password ?
A: All new Distributors are assigned an ID number, Username and a Password when they register as     Distributors to visit their respective accounts.

Q7: Are Sensation Outlaw Distributors Employees or Members of the Oraganization ?
A: No they are neither employees nor members of the Organization. They are independent Distributors.

Q8: What payment methods does Sensation Outlaw accept ?
A: Demand Draft
• We are accepting Demand Drafts
• Kindly take the DD for the respective amount in favor of “Sensation
   Outlaw Infomedia Pvt. Ltd.”. Payable at New Delhi and mail it to our
   office along with the joining form.

Bank Transfers
• The Distributors may deposit their money in any of our bank accounts
   through Net Banking
• They may also transfer the amount to any of our bank accounts
   personally at any nearby branch.

Q9: Why is PAN Card required at Registration?
A: This PAN Card information is required for Tax deduction at Source on the commission you get which will     be paid to the Income tax department on your PAN.

Q10: How long does it take to activate the Distributorship?
A: The Distributorship is activated immediately after you have finished the registration with the Serial No.     and PIN No.

Q11: My password and other details are disclosed during online registration, what should I do now?
A: It is your duty to change all the confidential information like password etc after taking all the information     from sponsor. We will not be responsible for any mishappening in this regard.

Q12: How can I get my lost password?
A: Kindly send us a written request along with a Demand Draft of Rs.100/- in favor of “Sensation Outlaw     Infomedia Pvt. Ltd.” payable at New Delhi to get your lost password. Please, include your ID, and     mailing address with the request. Our IT department will send your password within two weeks.

Q13: Can non-Indian citizens register as Distributor?
A: No, non-Indian citizens can not register as a Distributor right now

Q14: Am I charged for the Product delivery?
A: Yes, Rs100/-per kit is charged for delivery.

Q15: What is the maximum time for delivery?
A: Sensation Outlaw Products are delivered quickly anywhere in India, by courier within 2 to 7 weeks (max.)

Q16: Where can I find the Sensation Outlaw Compensation Plan ?
A: The Sensation Outlaw Compensation Plan can be found in the Business section of the website.

Q17: What is CWhat is Carry Forward?
A: Here is how carry forward works. It takes your lesser leg sales for that Week and subtracts it from the     greater leg sales. So for example, if you have 50 Sales in your lesser and 80 Sales in your greater you     will have 30 Sales in carry forward for the next Week.

Q18: Do we get commission on registrations?
A: No commission is paid on registrations.

Q19: I feel misguided by a Sensation Outlaw Distributor and want to get my money back? What should I do?
A: After taking all the information from any Sensation outlaw Distributor it is your responsibility to confirm     all details yourself by visiting our website www.sensationoutlaw.com. We also request you to go     through our Terms and Conditions and FAQs properly before becoming a distributor. It should be noted     that Organization is not liable for any kind of false commitment/information provided by any Distributor.

Q20: Do I need to renew my account every year?
A: The Distributorship of Sensation Outlaw is for lifetime, hence you need not renew your account every     year.

Q21: What is the procedure for Site Transfer?
A: Site transfer is strictly not allowed. Once you have taken Distributorship for Sensation Outlaw services     and products, you can't transfer this Distributorship to any other person.

Q22: I have purchased the Basic Pack and have also sold it to two other people. Purchasing Distributors are working very hard and I am getting commissions due to the business generated by them. Would I
continue to earn commissions forever?

A: Any person, who wishes to join Sensation Outlaw as a Distributor, is eligible to work and earn     commissions/ incentives. But the incentives earned by an individual are directly proportional to his/her     involvement in promotion of the system. The Organization reserves the right to reject commissions     without any allusion of Distributors who are found engaged in activities which are against the     Organization's benefit. In this case an Associate will still enjoy the services.

Q23: I have not submitted the photocopy of my PAN card. Would I be eligible to receive my commission cheques/TDS certificate?
A: If you have not submitted a photocopy of your PAN card, then please send it as soon as possible. We     will not issue any commission cheque / TDS certificate in absence of proof of your PAN card.


________________________________________

Q24: I have sold many joining packages in my organization, still I have not received any cheque. Why?
A: You start receiving commission only when you fulfill the criteria fixed for earning commission. In order to     receive your first commission cheque you must have three sales in your organization in the ratio of 1:2     or 2:1.

Q25: I have seen online the last commission earned but I have not received it yet.
A: If you have sent us the photocopy of your PAN Card then you are requested to wait for at least 10-15 days     depending on the location of your residence as all cheques are sent through courier or through speed post.You     can also get your commissions transferred to your accounts directly if you have filled correct details in your     profile. If you have already fulfilled the above mentioned conditions and still have not received your     commission then please send us your query at the Distributor Support.

Q26: I have updated my address in update profile, but I am still receiving cheques at my old address.
A: After updating your address through update profile option send us your new address along with your     User name and Reg. number at Distributor Support in order to help us update your current mailing     address in our record.

Q27: I am earning commissions from Sensation Outlaw. can I join other Organization / Business directly or indirectly ?
A: If you are earning commissions from Sensation Outlaw you cannot join any other Network Marketing     Organization/ Business directly or indirectly otherwise you would lose your right to get any further     commissions from Sensation Outlaw.

Q28: How much time does it take to get my earned commission cheque ?
A: The Commission will be transferred to your Account or by cheque within 15 days from the day ommission     is shown. If the payout does not gets transferred by that time, you are requested to send us the query     at the Distributor Support with details of earned commission.

Q29: Can I join any other MLM Organization dealing with same/different product?
A: No, you cannot join any other MLM Organization selling same/different product or any other business. If     we receive any complaint against you that you have joined any other MLM Organization or business     then you would lose your right to get any further commissions from Sensation Outlaw. However, you     may continue to enjoy the services.

Q30: What will happen if I found involved in anti-Organization activities?
A: If any Distributor is found not following our Legals or found to indulge in any anti-Organization activity in     any manner or found disturbing the private or public business meeting, all the ongoing commissions from     the Organization, will be denied to him/her with immediate effect and without any notice.

Q31: In order to advertise SOIM Business / Services, do I need to seek any permission from the Organization?
A: Before advertising you must send us the advertisement material for sanction. Severe action would be     taken if we observe any bad advertisement (which breaks any law of the land or public policies) without     permission of the Organization.

Q32: Where are Sensation Outlaw retail franchisees located in India?
A: Right now we don’t have any retail franchisee anywhere in India.
